When I run the "Get Windows 10" icon and then the wizard in the site it returns that Windows 10 will not run with the processor.

I face the similar problem, previously I upgrade from Win7 32bit to Win10 successfullly but when I trying to upgrade from win7 64 bit to win10 it pop-up not support CompareExchange and I don't know what it means.

Actually I am getting this error as well. I read something about an Execute disable bit feature that needs to be enabled on the motherboard but that I cannot confirm. Anyone have any ideas?
